Whether you are staying with us as a guest at one of our high-quality cabins equipped with everything you need, or are stopping by on your way to a trailhead or lake, be sure to stop by and check out our Cardinal Cafe!
Our cafe is open seven days a week starting the last weekend in April through the end of October, from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm, serving up breakfast and lunch every day. The cafe will open for the 2026 season on Friday, April 25, 2026.
In the meantime, our Cardinal Coffee Co. hours are Friday, Saturday, and Sundays from 10-3pm! Join us for a delicious latte and beautiful mountain views.
We continue to serve the best hot breakfast on the mountain and burgers that’ll make you say “WOW!” Not to mention the best coffee on this side of Seattle! And the views can’t be beaten!

In the summer, we also serve wood-fired pizza! We have two seatings each weekend at 5 and 7pm on Friday and Saturday.
We are offering a new online reservation system to allow full access to availability and dates for our customers. Pay in advance for your pizza buffet. We’re dedicated to making shorter lines and pouring all the classy wines. We will still have our selection of wine, beer, soft drinks, and salads to choose from and pay separately at the bar at check-in.
